Your storefront data belongs to you. We do not monetize your consumer catalogs, transaction records, or customer databases to external marketing groups.

1. Information We Collect

OSoft Labs Pvt Ltd ("CloudShoppy", "we", "us", or "our") collects various data to manage our services and improve your storefront experience. This includes:

Merchant Information: Name, email, phone number, company profile, bank accounts, and credentials.

Customer Purchase Information: Name, email, shipping/billing address, payment TxIDs, phone number, and items purchased.

AI Chatbot Transcripts: Customer message entries, product recommendations, and conversation timelines recorded to train the store's AI Shopping Assistant.

Geographical Coordinates: Location details entered by merchants or customers to verify shipping availability and calculate custom shipping ranges.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for primary operation purposes, including:

Deploying and hosting your custom e-commerce storefronts on AWS servers.

Settle customer payments directly to your chosen gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, PayPal, Stripe) with zero transaction holding times.

Customizing marketing campaigns, discount coupon catalogs, and bulk promotional WhatsApp texts.

Powering automated product recommendation engines and training merchant-specific conversational AI upselling assistants.

3. Sharing and Disclosures

CloudShoppy does not sell or lease merchant or customer databases to third parties. We share data solely with trusted infrastructure networks to run our core systems:

Fulfillment Tracking: Location details shared with delivery agents for manual order fulfillment tracking.

Payment Systems: Transferring transaction payloads to payment processors to finalize secure customer checkouts.

Security and AWS Systems: Safe cloud hosting, CDN distribution, and hourly data backup registers.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Merchants maintain full control of their storefront databases. Upon request or merchant account termination, CloudShoppy will permanently purge your database records, inventory lists, transaction trails, and AI training parameters from our AWS servers within 30 days, subject to regulatory transaction audits.

5. Security and Encryption

We protect customer records using industry-grade SSL encryption for transit payloads, secure token authorizations, and isolated firewalls. While we maintain automated daily backups, merchants are responsible for setting strong credentials and secure dashboard keys.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

CloudShoppy reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their publication on our portal. In the event of material policy updates, we will notify merchants via their console dashboards or alert registers.
